About me

My passion for counselling, personal growth and psychotherapy began in my early twenties, and it has fuelled my life in so many ways, both personally and professionally.

I'm 53-years of age, and originally from London.

I consider myself a spiritual person and my counselling practice is influenced by the compassion and skilful means of the practices I have learnt, such as mindfulness, compassion and loving kindness.

I have also had the good fortune to work with many leading spiritual teachers

around the world, whose wisdom helps to

navigate my therapeutic work.

I have two dogs, Wallace and Dinky,

and two cats, Frieda and Marbel,

who love to go for

a walk together.
